Contact Us
We read every message.
WittySprout is a small brand, and your message reaches a real person — usually within a day or two.
Whether you have a question about a product, your order, shipping to your country, or you simply want to share a photo of your child playing with one of our books — we would love to hear from you.
Email us at: hello@wittysprout.eu
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on our [Shipping & Returns] and [FAQ] pages. If you do not find what you are looking for there, please do write — those pages exist because of questions parents have asked us before.
What to expect
- Response time: within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday
- Order questions: please include your order number if you have one
- Product questions: ask anything — age suitability, materials, safety, gift wrapping, or whether a specific set is right for your child
- Wholesale & retail enquiries: we are open to selected partnerships with kindergartens, Montessori schools, and small independent shops in the EU
Where we are
