The WittySprout Spring set turns the most curious season into a child’s own canvas. Each page of the magnetic book is a scene waiting to be brought to life — a garden in early bloom, a meadow alive with insects, a rainy afternoon under a rainbow, a nest with newly hatched birds. Children arrange the included magnetic figures and elements to populate these scenes, retell what they observe outside their window, and invent stories of their own.

Unlike a finished picture book, nothing here is fixed. The bee can visit the apple blossom today and rest on a dandelion tomorrow. The rain boots can belong to the child, or stay by the garden gate. This open-endedness is the point: it is what transforms a toy into a tool for thinking.

Built on Montessori principles

• Realistic imagery, not cartoons. Plants, animals, and weather are illustrated true to life, so children connect what they hold in their hands with what they see in the world.
• Self-directed play. No instructions to follow, no “correct” arrangement. The child leads; the adult observes.
• Concrete before abstract. Tactile magnets and physical placement come first — language, sequencing, and narrative grow naturally from the manipulation.
